I received this @facciaskin 24k gold moisturizer in my @Boxycharm Premium this month. Unfortunately during their launch they have faced a lot of skepticisms (myself included) bc it’s a brand new product, from a new brand, put into our PREMIUM boxes (the audacity lol). I paid $6 to try this $100 product & I have 0 complaints about the product itself. Do i think it’s sketchy that boxy trys to slide in a no name/new brand? Yes. It bothers me bc that’s not what’s we paid for. We paid to try established luxury brands. If this were an extra sample i wouldn’t be so bothered, but it’s counted as an entire item so that’s where I’m sketched out at. Anyways, i tried it, It not only moisturizes my skin but it holds in my moisture well into the next day. I’m able to use this on days when i don’t have the energy to complete my whole #SkincareRoutine. A little goes a long way & it absorbs quickly. . . The #texture is gooey, almost light, like a serum, & there’s no heavy feeling after use. The gold flakes are fancy & fun, but is also an antioxidant & has anti-inflammatory properties. This precious element is useful to calm acne inflammation, reduce redness, & protect against free radicals that lead to wrinkles & sun damage. Exactly my issues! My skins red all the time; this i noticed helps to combat that & I’m pretty sure it’s bc of the #gold. . . I wouldn’t buy this for the $100, but I would buy a smaller amount of this (at a lower price). I want to gift it to my mom, hopefully it will be in the @boxypopup or #BoxyAddOns. . . This is the 1st “$100 moisturizer” that I got from #boxy that I could see *actually* being worth $100; it’s very big. This is one of the best #moisturizers I’ve gotten from Boxy. I was hesitant to try it bc my skin is dry & sensitive, but i patch tested it on my arm & hand first. A week later I have been using it on my face; it dramatically helps reduce my fine lines, wrinkles, redness & softens my skin. When I want i add an extra layer to make it a little more tacky to use as a primer for my makeup.
