WBD is breaking up into two companies, with David Zaslav, who is only CEO because he was CEO of Discovery, parting ways with Discovery to focus on where he really shines: HBO, streaming, movies, and video games! No, this is not a joke! This is something that they're really doing! Someone was paid money to make this decision!

Reminder that Zaslav dumped tens of millions at minimum into that Max rebrand, stripped HBO to make it more palatable to scared conservatives, has shut down most of WBD's gaming infrastructure, and lost the NBA. He also gave us these slides!

Oh yeah, he's also still going to be overseeing the Harry Potter series and will be funneling most of their streaming resources to that. You should be boycotting all this already anyway.
