Ok, got it. It's completely impossible for you to go vegan becaue [insert economical/geographical reason] but you can still fight to reduce animal cruelty in other ways:
-Adopt don't buy. Stop supporting breeders. Millions of animals are abandoned everyday and in search of a home. You don't need to buy.
-Don't wear leather or fur. Not only it's expensive but also completely unnecessary when we have so many options without animal cruelty. Also remember workers in this industry are severely underpay poc, usually from "third world" countries who are more likely to develop pstd after having watched animal abuse for so long. Supporting this industry is supporting the abuse of people and animals.
Don't support zoos. Apparently controversial here, but most zoos don't work as sanctuary or a wildlife reserve, they're the exception not the rule. Most animals in zoos spent a great deal of their lives caged in a tiny space so ppl can gawk and point at them. Would you like to live like that?
-Don't support roadside zoos either. They're even worse than zoos. Animals are keep in horrible conditions: sedated and chained for photobots with tourists. After they day is done they're put back in their tiny cages. And again and until they die.
-Buy cruelty free products. So many products we use in our everyday lives are tested on animals, like makeup, skincare, hair products, dish soap, toothpaste, etc but nowdays alot of quality cruelty free options exist (some are even vegan). Try searching in leaping bunny and crueltyfreekitty for brands that don't test. Off the top of my mind: pacífica, firstaidbeuty, lime crime, citycolor, wet and wild, bath and body works, nabi, colourpop, bh cosmetics, tom's of maine, desert Essence (if you're from North America these brands are pretty easy to get)
Can't believe i have to say this BUT DON'T SUPPORT CIRCUS WITH ANIMALS! Seriously, do i even have to explain it?
-Try to reduce animals products whenever it's possible. Maybe start by reducing what you like less, like millk or red meat, then gradually other animal products.
