From @codyapp @forrestyoga and The Braid of 3 Truths mediation for my practice tonight (so yeah I braided my hair). My first strand was deep red for all the love I feel from my husband on the daily, my second strand was bright shiny yellow for all the amazing women in my life that I share love with, and my third strand was glowing purple for all the gratitude of dancing in the soft snow of my new home state Wyoming. My braid is secure from the inside of the crown of my head, woven strong like steel but soft as silk, sturdier than my spine, and drops into my pelvic connecting all the chakras. Sometimes I can't connect to a meditation and it's just me trying to relax while someone is speaking nonsense.
