i like the idea of jared becoming really overwhelmed by all the working he does but he thinks it’s fine because it keeps him distracted from dwelling on the state of his body and wondering if he’ll ever be able to live a normal life ever again. dean helps by just being there. they bring a bit of normalcy into each others lives I believe.
