每次晚上騎車經過鹽行的客運站前， 總是看到這家滿滿人潮的麵店， 附近也不是只有這家麵店， 但為何人會這麼多？ 於是找了一天晚上來去嚐嚐看， 一進到店裡的最外面的冰箱是販售一些冷泡茶之類的冰箱， 接著就是擺放了滿滿滷味的櫥櫃， 等著你來把他們裝進肚子裡， 但在這之前最重要的事是找一張沒人的桌子， 記住桌號， 然後跟老闆說你要吃什麼口味的麵， 沒有手寫單， 所有的麵、湯跟小菜都在牆上， 直接跟老闆講你要的口味， 然後送三種不同的麵體選一種， 有①拉麵、②扁麵、③細麵， 然後就可以從滷味櫥櫃下方的籃子裡拿盤子挑選你要的種類， 然後放上號碼 他們很貼心的弄成偏小的份量， 這樣就可以選更多的種類來吃！ 網路上說滷味各種的價格會列出來， 可能我眼殘吧， 我是沒有注意到有那張價目表的存在！ 這次點了 地獄乾麵（小 / 拉麵 ） 蛋花湯 滷味（米血、粉腸、百頁、甜不辣、豬的某個部分） 地獄乾麵， 一送上來時就白白的拉麵， 上面就少許青菜跟兩片肉， 辣醬安穩的躺在麵條下方， 等你用筷子叫他起床！ 把辣醬跟麵拌開時， 可以聞到帶有辣味的香氣， 吃下去麵條是有嚼勁的口感， 配上肉燥辣醬的辣香氣， 會讓人想要一口接一口的吃下去。 滷味部分會在用滷汁再回燙一下， 然後淋上甜甜鹹鹹的醬油膏， 再灑上蔥花， 會把價格夾在盤子上， 看起來就很引人食慾！ 而且每樣東西都有入味， 而且沒有滷過頭而失去了口感， 跟麵配著吃， 也不會互搶彼此的味道， 喜歡吃辣的可以加一點辣椒醬或是辣油， 還有烏醋，帶點酸味， 可以讓味道等好吃。 蛋花湯就是簡單、清爽， 才是乾麵跟滷味的好朋友， 不然每個味道都厚重， 就會讓人吃不下去！ 他們家基本上都有大小碗， 覺得怕小碗吃不到的人， 可以點兩碗不同口味的小碗， 這樣也可以吃到不同口味， 下次還會想去吃吃看榨菜肉絲麵或是牛肉麵⋯ 因為這家真的經濟又實惠， 而且從傍晚五點開到凌晨兩點， 可以當晚餐也可以當宵夜， 真的還蠻推的！ #spicynoodle #hellnoodle #braiseddishes #lowei #tainan #yongkang #traditionalfood #dinner #nightsnack #delicious #ramen #thicknokdle #flatnoodle #streetfood #noodlestore #pigbloodricecake #hundredlayeredbeancurd #tampura #pork #soybraisedfood #Eggsoup #coinfood （在 手作麵） https://www.instagram.com/p/B-VxCOFAzJg/?igshid=1bc2g4kubqt3y
