Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 onion, diced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed. 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 can 15 oz pinto beans, drained and rinsed. 1 can 15 oz baked beans. 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup barbecue sauce. 1/4 cup ketchup. 2 tbsp brown sugar. 1 tbsp mustard. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 tsp chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Add diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are softened. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked beef mixture, kidney beans, black beans, pinto beans, baked beans, diced tomatoes, barbecue sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until flavors are well combined and the beans are tender. Serve hot and enjoy the Best Ever Cowboy Beans!
