General Mills Cereal Monsters - Bran Helsing
Now that spooky season is officially over, it seemed like no better time to introduce the cereal monsters' arch nemesis: Bran Helsing!
Bran Helsing despises bright, colorful, fun, sugary cereals and believes people should only eat boring breakfast bran. He's on a mission to eradicate all the monsters and their cereals using his silver spoons! I actually have an entire storyline based around this concept very much based on the very real world Kellogg and his claim that fun foods (namely cereal) cause people to masturbate and used the Kelloggs brand to push Christian fundamentalism ands weird shit. Seems like the cereal monsters are a great allegory to retell this as monsters are also prosecuted as being pagan and anti-establishment. General Mills wya??
