first ever lemon meringue pie!!! i have a friend coming over in a sec for a yap and slice so i’ll update you on how it tastes. i wish i had a blowtorch for the top but the grill had to suffice

Whilst it might seem like probably everyone has baked a cake before, my dad is 53 and has never baked a cake in his life, so now I'm curious if he's weird or if this is a common thing!
