Honestly this book should be mandatory reading for everyone who even thinks about starting a marketing job, because it managed to put into words all the little issues I have with most advertising and identified multiple different ways in which adverts are sexist, as well as how to fix them!

Highly recommend this book to anyone interested in advertising, especially as it provides solutions to each of the problems with modern-day marketing that the authors discuss. It also calls out some explicitly feminist brands towards the end, which might be good places to check out if you have the chance.
