Just got Opening Game tickets
The last of the FIFA first come, first served madhouses opened a couple of hours ago. Raced home from coaching thinking anything good would already be gone but got very, very lucky after being very, very persistent as tickets appeared on screen as available and then vanished as you put them in your basket.
Eventually got lucky and scored 3 Category 1 tickets for the Opening Game. So the first five days of our trip goes like this:
Brazil vs Croatia, June 12
Spain vs Holland, June 13
Germany vs Portugal, June 16
I'm stunned at our luck. Got all these at face value through the FIFA website.
