🏞️🐻🏹 ℳ𝑒𝓇𝒾𝒹𝒶 🏹🐻🏞️ I was very judgmental of Brave when it first came out. I felt it was predictable and it was the first real departure from the Disney Princess Formula. However, listening to my friend Kat read the story of Brave to children at a Party Princess event changed my heart. Over the years I have grown to truly love the story and Merida as well. It’s a beautiful story of learning to understand someone else’s perspective, then respecting it because you love them, and finally compromise.💖 I love Merida’s features, her round eyes, ginger lashes, her flushed cheeks, weak jaw, and of course her voluminous hair. She isn’t the typical Disney Princess in so many ways and I love her for it. Which dress of hers is your favorite? While her parks dress isn’t film accurate, I actually really love it and how it features her clan’s tartan💙❤️💚
