Overnight Oats. It’s simple, nourishing and affordable. Also, using recyclable Jars. It’s full of fiber keeping you satisfied for hours! The base ingredients can also be used for several breakfast recipe types. It’s a cook once and eat 3 times kind of recipe.
120ml Milk (recommend almond)
1 heaped tablespoon protein powder/cocoa powder or swap for cinnamon
Toppings of choice (frozen berries, seeds, nut etc)
Combine all ingredients above in a jar or Tupperware. Add whatever extra fruits you wish. Leave overnight in the fridge (or at least 2-3 hours). And add toppings (nuts & seeds) just before eating, to give it some crunch!
