I like to fall into the trap that eating healthy means making this elaborate meals or food with no flavor. When really, it's never that hard. It is making good choices. It's planning ahead. I am lucky to not have large amount of debt, but thanks to coaching, I am eliminating the debt that I have. I love to have fun, laugh, and really enjoy my life. I love to let those fun things about me rub off on others. Because we all know having fun alone is great, but together is better!
