So much health in one bowl 😍 Sticking to porridge this morning to stay warm. I love adding chia seeds and flaxseed meal to my oats for all that extra health. A spoon of peanut butter is basically a necessity because the more healthy fats the better, and a side of warm turmeric milk makes this meal one of my favourites. I make turmeric milk at home by blending up plant milk, a soaked date or two, turmeric and black pepper, and store it in the fridge. Turmeric is one of the healthiest and most beneficial things on our planet so I make sure to have some every single day.
