My ex and I are meeting up soon so she can give me back my stuff. And I guess final good byes. But I have a few things I was going to give her on our anniversary. I probably shouldn't give them to her now right? Like that would be selfish right? Sigh, I spent a ton of money I don't have for these things. Guess that was stupid. But should I just trash them? Because I can't return any of this.

1.The night of the breakup and a few nights after sleep on the couch downstairs and if you have a tv down there even better because you can watch something stupid like Friends or How I Met your mother till you fall asleep

2.you won't be left with your thoughts and will fall asleep.

3.after doing this for a few nighs your back will hurt

4. then you can get in your comfy bed and fall asleep almost instantly

 5. repeat if needed until you can sleep without thinking about him/her

P.S chocolate and a furry animal always help the process 

and know that it will be okay and one day you will find someone who is there for you just as much as you are for them
