This is the biggest mistake people make when it comes to seeking justice.  Too many people do nothing because they believe that they are not enough to make a change.  As it relates to epistemic injustice, just one person changing could be the domino effect the world needs.  If one man who normally disregards women stops, it is going to affect all of those women.  Those women might then go on and stop disregarding a certain race; those people will then be affected too.  You never know what kind of domino effect you may start.  Even the littlest change may be enough to inspire the rest of the world; never let this get in your way.

This is exactly what needs to happen for change to occur.  Once people are educated on the epistemic injustices they commit everyday, they must become outraged with their past actions.  They must then stop committing these injustices and convince others to do the same.
