At the end of httyd1 stoick gives hiccup a helmet made from his mothers breast plate, its big enough to fall over hiccups eyes. that kinda sends the message that hiccups mother was as big as stoick,so how can valka be hiccups mother when shes so small?

Breastplate = torso

Breastplate =/= boob caps

If we want to get detailed on why she’s small, she went from Berk-bound Viking to living in the wild among dragons, so it’s also likely she’s become quite lean over the years. Especially being a flier.
