Story:

The secondborn kit of Bitternpath, no one really expected much of him.

His sister, Rosykit, was dead long before him, so warriors expected him to die too.

But it wasn’t until he was 10 moons old, deliberately trespassing on Shardclan territory, that he finally met his fate.

Ah man, I’ve yet to talk about Breezeclan even a little! Anyway, I decided I’ll try to change that, so here’s Breezeclan’s newest medicine cat:

Man, Leafecho has always been an apprentice ever since I made her so it’s very nice to see her as a full made medicine cat!

She was given her medicine cat name after taking on an important quest to Soulclan in assist for a prophecy/omen. When she returned, Badgerstar deemed her experienced enough to receive her medicine cat name.

Now Breezeclan’s culture is very different to canon warrior cats, so here’s how that went:

Leafpaw, along with her mentor, Buzzardflame, went to the Glimmering Cave, where Breezeclan’s medicine cats have been to for generations. It gets its name for the shining rocks and stones deep within it.

After Leafpaw meets with the badgers that they believed brought their dens and life, she is named by her mentor, as this sight isn’t shared with any of the other clans. (I like to think that every clan has their own way of talking to starclan to make it a little more interesting) Then, just like that, they return to camp.

Now, back to Leafecho and her design/notes!

The first one explains her “powers”, which is simply that she can see only her clans cats’ emotions through hallucinations. Now, these aren’t limited to how many she could get at a time so the poor girl can get easily overwhelmed if she’s in the heart of camp and it’s packed. Luckily, now that she’s older, she can handle it much better and can attend gatherings now! She does keep poppy seeds weaved into her tail though, as a reminder to her to take a poppy seed or two since she has a hard time sleeping with all this going on. Besides all that she manages to have a soft nature, kind heart, and a sensitive mind.

She has a very strong bond with Buzzardflame despite his strict teachings and enjoys to check up on him after he moved to the elders den.
