It’s official; I’m hoping to submit two beers in the National Homebrew Competition. This will be a sacrifice of time and money on my part, with the odds stacked against me to win it. I’m shooting for gold but will happily embrace failure if it comes my way as a lesson. Regardless, I took the first step.
