Making the perfect cup of coffee is an art, and it's important to stay away from common mistakes. If you do these things, your coffee will always taste great.
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of freshly ground coffee beans. 12 ounces of filtered water. Coffee filter. Coffee maker or pour-over setup. Kettle. Timer.
Instructions: Bring the filtered water to a boil, then let it cool for one minute to about 93F 22C. In the coffee maker or pour-over, put the coffee filter in. Put the coffee beans that have just been ground into the filter. A little hot water should be poured over the coffee grounds to make them all wet. It's time for the coffee to bloom. Slowly pour the rest of the hot water over the coffee grounds in a circle, making sure that they are all covered. Set an alarm and let the coffee steep for three to four minutes, or longer if you like stronger coffee. When the tea is ready, either take out the filter or stop the pour-over process. Pour the coffee that was just brewed into your favorite mug. Let it cool down a bit before you eat it. Don't forget to clean your coffee maker or pour-over gear after each use.
