not the suicidal one or the conspiracy theorist, but ARMADA RED ALERT. Putting personal bias aside, I believe he has the best traits of both Prowl (which, note, there are VERY few of...) and Optimus; in which he's not overwhelmed by emotion but also never omits morality from political equations. I think being a medic would also help in understanding certain societal issues (but that's a separate thing). He also knows when to accept that he's wrong so I think he'd be decent at politics. At least compared to Goku

The Mithril Sea/Elite Guard Squad

Nolan North (the man, the myth himself!) as Elite Guardsman Smokescreen. He's a native Mithrilian with a Spark of gold, who has a big future in store for him in spite of his humble beginnings. His alt-mode is a McLaren, and handy for getting out of tight situations.

Katee Sackhoff as Major Chromia. Another Mithrilian and Smokescreen's older sister, her rough attitude belies a much softer side that only a select few who aren't her brother get to witness. Her v-mode is a Chevrolet Avalanche, befitting her upfront brawling nature.

Matthew Mercer as Scout-Lieutenant Hound. A fellow Elite Guard graduate, Hound's more restrained behavior hides a mischievous streak that he and Smokescreen used to their advantage against their stuffy cadet peers. Turning into a Jeep Gladiator, his personalized shoulder machine gun forces him to use his holograms on public roads.

Brian Dobson (who else?) as First Class Medical Officer Red Alert. The seemingly sole sane 'Bot of the Elite Guard trio, Red Alert's professionalism and serious approach to his work has had its coarser edges worn down thanks to his two best friends, while Chromia's strict yet caring demeanor has given him more to be thankful for in her raising of Smokescreen. His Earth-based vehicle mode is that of a first responder ambulance, though his specific alt-mode is meant for more benign calls than the likes of Ratchet's.
