Olivia Hibbs & Andrée Fresson: Kangaroo & Cyclone!
Cyclone has 2 forms: human & monster. her monstrous form is MASSIVE. Like an actual storm cloud. in her human form she wears lightning bolt earrings which get converted to real lightning when in her monstrous form.
Kangaroo is still a minor/lesser "villain" (she's not really greedy for evil, life is unfortunate tho) and would actually do good in returning back to Australia to try and do heroic work with her new powers and fortified arm and leg armor. The ears on her head are real!
[Cyclone's monster form inspired by the "cyclone" from FFH]
Havok and Madelyne Pryor have their busy week in Limbo Embassy as they deal with paperwork, mutants, non-mutants, visiting relatives and more demons in Limbo. Also, not even Limbo Embassy accepts the amnesty from the neo-nazi Fenris Twins, they should be fed to demons in Limbo dimension instead.
This takes place before the fateful Hellfire Gala disaster.

Tilting at Windmills #266: An Open Letter to C.B. Cebulski & Marvel Comics
By Brian Hibbs Dear C.B., I want to congratulate you on your new position as Editor-in-Chief at Marvel comics; from what I know about you I think you’ll probably fit the job pretty well. There’s been a lot of chatter about Marvel’s content, and I’d like to talk a bit more about it from this retailer’s point-of-view. You don’t really know me – as I recall, we had a drink together at a Garth…

I did this mostly for reference for myself, however! Here is pretty much all the instances of Brian Hibbs/Kangaroo with his battle armor redesign!!
Idk there's some charm to this design, especially how it's drawn in 'Ends Of The Earth', that's probably definitely the best the character has looked. The battle armor was honestly a great choice to update the guy's appearance and make him stand out from the original Kangaroo, Frank Oliver.
