Tonight….travel back in time (visually), with me if you will…30 years to be exact, to an era where it “Smells Like Teen Spirit”, and flannel was king. The year? #1992 It was a year for so many great films, and this evening, from 7-9pm @galleries1988 has a wonderful collection of works on display by several artists, dedicated to the films from 1992. Also check out the @brucey.parker solo show running concurrently. My contribution here is based on Stephen King’s “Sleepwalkers”. It’s 12” x 18” printed on white pearl linen paper by the amazing @sgx (as always thanks guys). FUN FACT: King wrote the screenplay, and it was based on an unpublished short story. It was written specifically for film, unlike any other of his works.
