This is so weird. The bridge set of the Galaxy-class U.S.S. Odyssey from DS9 "The Jem'Hadar". I think the Next Gen bridge set was being used for Generations at the time, so the usual DS9 Federation guest ship set (which began life as the U.S.S. Saratoga in "Emissary") was used and modified with this bizarre pseudo horseshoe railing. I must know how it ends at both sides, because it sure doesn't slope downward in a graceful arc like Next Gen.
