Parsley Salad - Salad Recipe
This vibrant and flavorful pasta dish combines tender asparagus with zesty lemon and rich shaved Parmesan cheese. It's a quick and easy recipe perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner or a special occasion.
Ingredients: 8 oz fettuccine pasta. 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces. 1 lemon, zest and juice. 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the fettuccine until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. For about one minute, until the garlic smells good, add the minced garlic. Put the asparagus in the pan and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes, until it is tender but still has some crunch. Add cooked fettuccine and asparagus to the pan and toss them together. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then add the lemon zest and juice. Stir every now and then for another two minutes. Take the pasta off the heat and put it on plates to serve. Add shaved Parmesan cheese on top, and if you want, add fresh basil leaves to the top. Serve right away and enjoy!

Tie Dye Cupcakes are a fun and visually appealing treat that combines vibrant colors and a classic cupcake base. These cupcakes are perfect for birthdays, parties, or anytime you want to add a burst of color to your dessert table.
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 3 large eggs. 1 cup milk. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. Assorted gel food coloring multiple colors.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry mixture. Mix until just combined. Divide the batter into separate bowls, one for each color you want to use for the tie-dye effect. Add a few drops of different gel food coloring to each bowl and gently stir to create vibrant colors. Using a spoon or piping bag, drop small amounts of each colored batter into each cupcake liner, creating a tie-dye effect. Be creative! Bake in the preheated oven for about 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, you can frost the tie-dye cupcakes with your favorite frosting and decorate as desired. Enjoy your colorful and delicious tie-dye cupcakes!
