Dark beer and chocolate come together in Guinness Brownies, a rich and luscious treat. These brownies are the ideal adult dessert because the Guinness stout gives them a distinctive depth of flavor and moisture. For St. Patrick's Day festivities or just whenever you'd like a special chocolate treat, these brownies are ideal.
Ingredients: 1 cup Guinness stout. 1 cup unsalted butter. 3/4 cup cocoa powder. 2 cups granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 tsp salt. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius. Put the butter and Guinness in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until the butter melts. Take off the heat. Add the sugar and cocoa powder and whisk until well blended. Beat the eggs and vanilla extract in a different bowl. Blend this blend with the Guinness blend, whisking until it becomes smooth. Add the flour and salt and stir until just incorporated. Add the semisweet chocolate chips and mix well. Evenly distribute the batter after pouring it into the baking dish that has been ready. For 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs, bake in the preheated oven. Let cool completely before slicing the brownies into squares. Savor the delectable Guinness Brownies!

Ingredients: 1 pork loin, approximately 3 lbs. 1 gallon water. 1 cup kosher salt. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons black peppercorns. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 bay leaves. 1 tablespoon whole coriander seeds.
Instructions: Water, kosher salt, brown sugar, black peppercorns, minced garlic, bay leaves, and coriander seeds should all be combined in a large pot. Brine mixture should be stirred until all of the sugar and salt have dissolved. Transfer the pork loin to a brining container or a sizable plastic bag that can be sealed. Make sure the pork loin is completely covered with brine by pouring it over it. Refrigerate for a minimum of 12 hours or overnight after sealing the bag or covering the container. Set the temperature of your smoker to 225F 107C. After removing the pork loin from the brine, use paper towels to pat it dry. After positioning the pork loin on the smoker rack, smoke it for about three to four hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. Chocolate lovers will love Jeni's Milk Chocolate Ice Cream because it is rich and creamy. It's sure to please your taste buds with its smooth texture and strong chocolate flavor.
Ingredients: 2 cups whole milk. 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon cornstarch. 1 1/2 ounces 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened. 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt. 1 1/4 cups heavy cream. 2/3 cup granulated sugar. 2 tablespoons light corn syrup. 2 ounces milk chocolate about 1/4 cup finely chopped.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix 1/2 tablespoon of milk with the cornstarch to make a smooth slurry. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and salt together until the mixture is smooth. Put ice and water in a big bowl. To make the sauce, put the rest of the milk, cream, sugar, and corn syrup in a 4-quart saucepan. Heat it over medium-high heat and boil it for 4 minutes. When you take it off the heat, slowly whisk in the cornstarch slurry. Over medium-high heat, bring the mixture back to a boil. Cook, stirring with a heat-safe spatula, for about one minute, or until it gets a little thicker. Take it off the heat. Whisk the hot milk mixture into the cream cheese little by little until it's smooth. Mix in the chocolate chips and stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth. Put the mixture into a 1-gallon Ziploc freezer bag and put the bag in the ice bath while it is still sealed. It should be cold after about 30 minutes. If it gets too warm, add more ice. When the can is frozen, pour the ice cream base into it and spin it until it is thick and creamy. Place the ice cream in a container, press a piece of parchment paper against the top, and cover the container with a lid that won't let air in. Put it in the freezer's coldest area and freeze it for at least 4 hours, or until it's firm.
