I bet Iida is one of these people who have a thousand million glasses carefully displayed on a shelf because they both: a) perfectionists and b) keep breaking their glasses all the time a d always need extra ones

Iida, on the phone with his parents: please I need a new pair of glasses, send them at your first opportunity

The parents: you brought so many pairs to UA??? How did you break them all???

Iida: I can’t use those unless it’s an EMERGENCY!! Those are my shelf glasses!!!! You don’t get it!!!! I need to have exactly 40 pairs of glasses at all times in case one of them breaks!!!

Consider: class 1a has a game witch basically consists of "two people stare at each other completely emotionlessly until one of them lose their shit and start laughing and who laughs first has to do something embarrassing" , nobody can play that for long because all these kiddos are so silly. Like, two minutes at max And then someday they put Bakugo and Todoroki, the most ass-faced serious boys, to play this.

Ok this reminds me of a game I played in an acting class I took about 5 or 6 years ago. We had to act out two person improvised scenes but if you laughed you had to switch out with someone else. There was this girl and this boy who were LEGENDS at this game. The boy was always super expressive and loud and the girl barely spoke to people, but they were both sweet. When we played the game, it was always the two of them in the end and there was LITERALLY NEVER A WINNER. We always moved on to something else before one of them would crack a smile. They were unstoppable.

Anyway yes that’s how I imagine the two of them playing that game would go. They would go to class and maintain blank eye contact throughout the entire day. They would spar during hero training and remain completely monotone the entire time. (Bakugou’s “monotone/emotionless” face is an angry face. It’s just how his face is now.)

Hm sib I'm bored I wanna share some headcanons here if u don't mind,,, Do you think Jirou has trouble with loud sounds because of her super sensitive audition? I've always figured her being easily overwhelmed idk. Imagine how new year fireworks should be a hell to her. Poor baby

Pros of Jirou’s hearing:

She’s unprankable cause she’ll always hear you coming

Cons another pro of Jirou’s hearing:

During thunderstorms and fireworks Momo makes the class a set of noise cancelling headphones and they watch silent films together so she doesn’t feel lonely
