I'm still intrigued by this au. Question, does zombie AU Yuma often drop his skeleton arm, and does Desuhiko pick it up and put it back on for him?
Yes, this happens almost all the time, Zombie Yuma's skeletal parts + eye are sensitive and fragile and fall off, the first time this happened, Desuhiko was quite scared, but he got used to it. He always tries to fix Yuma in every way, no just bc he likes him, but he also feels guilty for not having gone to save Yuma when he needed someone.
He even makes a promise to never let Yuma get hurt in the entire story, and he doesn't care if Yuma is a zombie already, he still treats him like a living human, Yuma finds this attitude cute and beautiful, since Desuhiko shows that he is serious when he speaks and acts like this. And he even cries at the end of the story because he wants to be with Yuma, and he even jokes about wanting to become a zombie too and stay or go with.
This is clearly based on "Corpse Bride" movie, but I'm sure there's some zombie boyfriend movie, or maybe a book about it. They make me melt. 💙💛
