A few years ago I did a logo design for my long time photographer friend, @fallingpixie. I'm still quite fond of it.

A second, hopefully sexier pass at my first Overwatch hero concept ⚡🕵️
This is a revisit of an old method I had, which is as follows:
Step 1: Make a cool shape. Step 2: Make a weird monster from said shape. Step 3: Profit!
Lion + snake? Chimera. Lion + snake + claymore + bass guitar? Something for a friend.
Need a logo? Take it to the Brim.
Being nerds my best friend, @nathankhartigan, and I play Magic the Gathering. This blue/green bear-wizard is a specially made Planeswalker just for him. His name is Goreale and he first planeswalked to Kamigawa where he combined their ways of meditation with his own natural ferocity.
Now some info for nerds: +1: Draw a card. Target creature gets + X/+X where X is the converted mana cost of the card drawn. -2: Put a 2/2 green and blue bear token on the field with “when this creature dies draw a card”. -7: Draw a card for every bear you control. Put a 2/2 green and blue bear token on the field with “when this creature dies draw a card" for every card drawn this way.
Behold, Taskahar, God of False Values. He carries empty vessels to represent the meaning and worth of everything being only what we put into them. And yes, that is a giraffe skull.
Behold the design brief for my Overwatch fan character, Turncoat! He’s an eclectic spy guy with an attractive theme.
And I wouldn’t have been able to make him without my writing partner, Forsyer.
Stay tuned, coming soon: some mysterious so-and-so.
