plot twist the detective is keeping tabs on 118 because he's with the people who have bobby and now that he saw them figure out what happened this episode they'll figure out where bobby is

A list of realistically acceptable ways to Bring Bobby Back

-Hen gets sick of dealing with Eddie and Buck being Eddie and Buck and takes the day off from work, buys a shovel, heads down to the cemetery, digs Bobby up and tells him "We can't control your kid without you so vacation's over! Get back to work"

-Caller states that the dead are rising, which turns into a three part zombie apocalypse storyline where the 118, Athena, and dispatch work together to save all of LA before returning to the station where they find zombie!Bobby shuffling in. It then becomes a running gag for the rest of the show that zombie!Bobby gets his own area of the station to hang out in during shifts and anytime a higher up or guest comes in they have to smuggle him out of sight

-A piece of the space station falls into the cemetery, through six feet of dirt, and lands in Bobby's coffin. The dirt slows it down enough so when it hits Bobby it jolts his heart and causes it to start beating again. He gets out of his grave in time to meet up with his team, figure out where Athena is landing, and meets her as soon as she steps back on solid ground

-It gets back to Mr. Buckley through an old acquaintance that Buck's 'dad' died and to make up for never being the father Buck needed he starts practicing black magic and by the time Christmas rolls around he's able to not only bring Bobby back, but also somehow convince him to hide in a large box under the tree for Buck to open

-Eddie and Buck's wedding is underway when Bobby, covered in fresh grave dirt strolls in, takes a seat, and announces that there was no way he was going to miss this day

If Bobby were alive, that space shuttle would've been back on earth already - even if it meant he'd have to go to space himself. He does NOT play about his wife.

Rewatching 911 made me realize that Buck really is Bobby son cause only those two idiots will risk their lives as if it was nothing.
