Brisket Sandwich with Slaw

Brisket was very tender, nice smoke flavor. Slaw was fine. Overall a very good sandwich.

Not too smokey, slightly spicy. Not as good as the brisket.

Cowboy Beans

Excellent beans. They had meat scraps mixed in and had a wonderful, meaty flavor and a great consistency.

Pecan Pie

Very good pie - rich and creamy center, decent quantity of nuts, but the nuts didn’t feel as buttery as they could have been.
