I made a loaded brisket burrito tonight with @albukirkybbq Red Chile BBQ rubbed brisket with, @bushsbeans black beans, red onion, tomato, cilantro and some habanero cheese. I added some tomatillo salsa and cotija to the top with the vegetables and baked it in a @lodgecastiron skillet for about 10-12 minutes.
