teehee anybody else hate the new nancy drew voice actress :3c
she literally sounds like an AI voice off tiktok. it's so robotic and Generic White Woman sounding. where's the soul? where's the passion? where's the acting? i'm watching gab smolders' playthrough of mystery of the 7 keys (game doesn't work on my computer due to a cursor bug). it's the most stereotypical Commercial Voice but poorly done AI style with incorrectly placed inflection and intonation.

bitch she sounds 35, it's not any better than lani's "too old voice". at least lani has a uniquely talented voice and has voiced kids before (like the little girl in the 2005 Call of Cthulhu game). the AI voices on ElevenLabs are better than this new VA lol.
i can't even get into the game and have no idea what's going on bc of how obnoxiously artificial her voice sounds. oh but at least nancy has pants on in the box art now /s.
