Morning comes faster than you thought it would. For only having a quickly built bed, you sleep shockingly soundly.
First order of business: that bamboo is calling your name.
You'd always heard bamboo was pretty good for… stuff. You didn't actually pay much attention, when people talked about how it could be used. You just know it grows fast, and your mom had a cutting board made of the stuff, and the cutting board looked like wood. So you can probably use it like wood, if you can figure out how to work with it.
The axe works about as well as it does on wood, but once you separate it from the plant, the stalk breaks down a lot easier.
Next up: you're exploring some more.
You find yourself in a tree again, but this time, the water is a lot closer. Close enough to dive into, looks like.
You were always too chicken to try the high dive at the community pool. You don't really know if it was the height or the idea of being judged that got to you, but you never had the guts to climb that ladder, let alone take the plunge. But you don't have that ladder in the way right now.

Okay.
Okay, okay, you'll admit, that was fun. You're pretty sure you'd still bail if you had to do that around actual people, but it was fun.
The water is warm, and even if it soaks into your clothes and weighs you down a little, you don't mind. You might take that back when you get out, but for now, you're content to swim a ways down shore.
