Oh my god so yesterday my Fitbit battery died so I charged it. Except it didn't charge. Like I have no clue what's wrong with it. I have a flex so I took the little piece out and put it in the charger but it doesn't light up. I tried cleaning the part that plugs in off and restarting it but nothing is working. I guess I'll just have to call their customer service and see if they can help me at all. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it?
