You know what? Even though I haven't really tracked food and been actively trying to lose weight lately, I have felt good about myself. In the past year I've been trying to work really hard on my body positivity and I think I'm doing a really good job. My family is going to Aruba next month and I need to go clothes shopping and get a new swimsuit, which would normal really stress me out but I'm not worried about it. And I think that's a really big step towards self love.
