"I... almost forgot..." Yahiko looks a bit out of order and breath, cloak disheveled and spikes of orange hair tousled as though someone had ruffled it with their hand. Yet the smile on his face is plain, clear as day, and when he manages to stand up straight and catch his breath, he passes to her a white (and slightly damp) teddy bear. "... know we're not kids anymore, but I thought it was cute. Happy White Day, Konan." Cue a flushed and a embarrassed rubbing at the back of his neck.
The current state of his appearance. and shortness of breath sends her into a bit of a worry. Did he get hurt? Did someone try to hurt him. As soon as she reaches out to him, she’s pauses and stares at the bear before her. Shoulders relax and features soften as gentle hands take the bear from his.
“Yahiko...” It’s soft, just like the bear that she is now examining before hugging it to her chest. Honestly? She loves it, it will forever mean a lot to her. Age didn’t matter, if anything it being considered a child's toy sort of made it a bit more meaningful when you put not having toys as an orphan into consideration. Rarely could they find something that wasn’t ruined or bloodied.
She still can’t help but wonder tho, what the hell did he go through to get this? Moving closer, she cups his cheek before pressing herself into him; face tucked into his chest and an arm wraps around him. “Thank you.” She says before pulling away. “But what happened to you? Did you fight someone for this?”
