My autistic ass was talking with #grandmother about my Chemisty Hyperfixation(special interest?) and I brought up bromine, my favourite chemical. And she went on a damned long ass fucking tangent about how young teens like me shouldn’t have access to materials that teach us how to make dangerous chemicals, how my friends must think I’m crazy and that I need a better hobby. That YouTube shouldn’t have Chemisty videos and that there’s something warped in my brain that I like a dangerous chemical.

Like, this bitch?? God forbid a man have a special interest in chemicals and acids, jeez.
