Today's run was freaking amazing. I'm not gonna lie I may have run faster today because I was scared of the area I ended up in. It was dark AF and i was a bit too zoned to realize i went up this one block i dont mess with because it's a weird hill. However i am super amped and proud of my progress. I wasnt confident I would make it through this week. I thought I was aiming too high with the running schedule I created. Laziness set in hardcore these last 6 month for me and I had to fight it every morning. It doesn't hurt that I'm down 3lbs already.
