"How do I live life when it always feels like I'm about to die?" Is now a line from a KIDS SHOW and that's SO IMPORTANT. I could have used something like SU when I was ten, explaining trauma and its effects simply and clearly. It doesn't matter how toxic the fandom has been, SU itself is such a good show on its own. I almost cried watching Growing Pains.

Brook: Okay! So, I moved into my dorm practically all day today and was driving almost all day yesterday, so I haven’t had time to actually respond to this properly, but now I’m settled and I can express my feelings accurately.

First off, I am hollering, this is absolutely amazing. Your art style? Awesome! The expressions, the softness? Amazing! I am in love with everything about these and I can’t be more flattered that you drew something for my little story! I mean, wow! 

Second off, Patton is such a dad and I think everyone by now knows that that trope makes me soft. Poor little Virgil though, so sad and scared and alone but god, he’s absolutely adorable! Also, I love the little detail that he’s missing a tooth.

Third off, I want you to know that I will be looking back at these pictures, smiling to myself. All because someone took the time to draw something!! based on!! something!! I wrote!! And my heart is just “!!!!” and I really can’t stop smiling! 

Getting to see these submitted gave me a lot of feelings, made my night and I probably went overboard with the love and gushing about it, but I really do think it’s incredible. So thank you, thank you, thank you!! <3 <3

i watched the movie Coco today & surprisingly my 9th grade Spanish class that i failed 6 years ago now finally paid off. 😂 the characters spoke a little basic spanish in the movie & used a lot of context clues as to what the characters were saying which is definitely why i could understand it, but I'll still take it as a win lol.

I really enjoyed the movie though & it made me wish that we made more movies about cultures other than just american. I learned a lot just from this one movie about how important Dia De Los Muertos (The Day Of The Dead) really is to this culture that i had only previously scratched the surface of before.

Also i definitely cried at the end of the movie when Miguel sings to Coco 😭 the movie was so cute & i loved it

My most vivid memory of an interaction with someone that's gen x is when they were looking at me while I was on my phone. They then proceeded to make fun of millennials and how they don't connect with people anymore bc they're too busy looking at pictures of food online. My response was, "Cool, I'm not a millennial, I'm a teenager." They were confused and unaware that almost all millennials are adults now. I am generation z.

If you want a scene that encapsulates my self-esteem, today my AP Psych teacher handed me my practice AP test from the day before. I got a 94%. We were chatting, she said I'm on track to get a 5, and I chuckled. She stared a moment, unsmiling, before saying, "I'm serious."

I go, "Oh."

6- Do you have any “strange/unusual” things that you do to feel close to someone? I don’t know if this counts as strange or unusual, but I call people by pet names. Names like Darling, Baby, Honey, Sweetheart, Dear, Babe, My Love, My Dear etc. 

9- Fandoms you’re a part of? I have been apart of many fandoms through the years! The most prevalent right now would be Sanders Sides, Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. Talk to me about any of these and I will go bonkers. No questions asked.

10- Favorite person to talk to? On here, that would probably be @hiddendreamer67​​​ (hi, ily) and @the-little-shoebox​​​  (hi Drag, hi, ily too!) Irl, though, that would be my roommate, Ali.

17- Favorite class? Either Chemistry, Biology or my Acting class!

21- Love anyone? At the moment, I don’t think so? Maybe??

24- Are you a cuddler? Anyone you want to cuddle with? I am such a big cuddler! I absolutely love being cuddled!

26- Something you’re looking forward to? I’m looking forward to going back to school because a lot of my friends are back at my Uni and I miss them a whole lot. BUT, I’m also a camp counselor at my local museum, so I’m really excited to get to work with kids all summer. 

29- Be honest, is there anyone you’d marry? Honestly? I don’t think I’ve met them yet, but I do want to get married some day.

Favorite color: Red. Crimson red is my favourite. But, I also love the colour of the sky when it fades into night. Top 3 Favorite Ships: Top three ships? Woo boy. I mean, the only ships I currently have at the moment are all Sanders Sides related because that’s literally all I’ve been writing so. Here nerds, take my top three ships for that fandom: Analogical, Prinxiety and Logicality, (but literally any of them make me soft, no joke.) So, um, you can probably tell what my latest obsession has been rip Lipstick or Chapstick: Lipstick is something I wear more often than not. Though, it’s usually pale pinks and light reds, but sometimes I go ham and I end up with purple or dark red. Last Song: Sweet but Psycho by Ava Max. I’ve had it on repeat while I’m writing tbh. Last Movie: The Road to Eldorado.

Currently Reading: Both The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. I’m kind of bouncing back and forth between them (since I’ve read them both already.)
