I was thinking and why couldn't Brooke have confessed that she was at the hospital? I get she didn't want anyone to know she was getting liposuction but wouldn't the time frame she was AT the hospital be a good enough alibi? Why would she have to tell WHY she was at the hospital when there would have to be proof that she WAS at the hospital?

AU where Brooke dies because she says nothing so her lawyers have nothing to defend her with and after she's dead someone at the hospital reveals she went to get liposuction and while some people judge her for not being able to 'whip her way to tighter buns' other people connect the dots and realize she couldn't have murdered her 60 year old stud and Chutney gets executed for TWO innocent murders.

I think about this every once in a while but why couldn't Brooke admit she was at the hospital? I know it would've been bad if she confessed she was getting liposuction but why would she have to admit that? All that would have to be confessed is that she was at the hospital and how long she was there. I can’t think there would be any legal reason for her nor anyone else backing up her testimony ro reveal WHY she was at the hospital.

Also did they ever admit why the cabana boy lied about having seen Brooke over Windham's corpse?
