Daily MCO Drink #229, MCO Day #231: BROOKLYN, made with 2 parts Rittenhouse Straight Rye whiskey, 1 part Dolin Dry vermouth, 1/2 part Bigallet China China, 1/2 part Maraschino liqueur, stirred over ice and strained. . One of the ‘city’ cousins of the Manhattan, I wasn’t able to make this until now because it needed Amer Picon. But I now have China China, so yay! . Hmm I actually like this more than the Manhattan. Then again, I’ve always been more partial to drier or more bitter flavours compared to sweeter ones. .
