I know this post won't be too popular 'cause apparently this fandom doesn't care as much about Taissa as they do about other characters....

Many ppl headcanon Nat and Van as childhood friends and brothers and that's alright!! Everyone's entitled to their own opinion but I just,, don't see it??? Like, Natalie was always one to be closed off unless it was Tai, Lottie, Misty or Travis so it doesn't make sense to me to hc the 2 characters that barely interacted w e/o as besties but ok, I guess

What DOES make sense is the taivanshauna of it all. And even the Laura Lee/Lottie/Van/Jackie/Mari 'cause it was right there! But ykw? I'm exhausted of trying to point out how pocs are disregarded by this fandom

imo, Taissa, Van and Shauna are the friendship that really reminds us how they never changed and how friendship can be both tight and still remain a complete stranger to e/o

And also, a big shout out to lottietaivan aka sleeping parking lot. Gotta be one of my most fucked up ot3s ever

As of yet, I haven’t seen Ashton steal, try to steal, or express interest in stealing anything themself.... except when it comes to Fearne.

Combined with the facts that he explicitly said he was going for ‘the earring that clearly didn’t belong’, and that he keeps the stolen items visible and in easy reach on his person... 

I’m drawing the conclusion that Ashton, with all of 6 charisma, looked at Fearne - strange, enigmatic Fearne - and near immediately clocked a good way to bond with her.

Amazing, A+ friendship, I love it.

Y'know how in the Crofters musical Virgil popped up in at the end card to make a pun that "Patton paid him a dollar to say" 

Patton could've just made that pun himself when he rose up, couldn’t he?

So what if he did that because he knew Virgil wanted to join in but felt anxious or self-conscious about 'intruding'?

Patton made that offer because he understood that it's easier for Virgil to go "it was a bet" than admitting he wanted to do it. 

It would’ve been Virgil’s first time making a pun himself (unless you count the word play with using a Guys and Dolls song title during 'Exploring Nostalgia') which likely made him more hesitant or worried about it.

And of course Patton wants him to feel free to join in without an excuse to fall back on, but baby steps! It's probably way more effective to ease Virgil into it, and when he sees there's no backlash it'll make him more likely to join in in the future without needing something like that.
