I hate having a bruised tailbone like wdym i can't friking bend over to grab anything off my bedroom floor without feeling like my entire body is dying

MRI came back nothing's torn!

I sprained my knee and have a bruised bone but nothing is torn I should be pain free in a couple weeks with PT :)

Health question for any follower who has medical training

Is there anything other than rest/ice/tylenol that can speed up healing of a bruised bone?

Anyone else ever bruise their elbow?  Apparently I bruised the actual bone (olecranon) the doctor said since it's already been 4 weeks since I initially hit it, it will probably take up to a couple of months to heal.  Lol what a place to bruise myself where it's bent half the time.   He prescribed painkillers but I probably won't take them since the pain is pretty bearable.  Just slap a couple salonpas on either side of elbow haha

So I'm about to post some art but it kind of sucks because I fell on my arm not once but twice. (now I cant draw in straight lines!) It ended up bruising the bone in my arm and I am in so much pain right now so I took some heavy pain killers and I think that I'm going to try to go to sleep but if I don't and I stay up then you know where I will be. Right here. On tumblr... or drawing, (if I still can after this) anyways, so if I am talking to you or I start posting weird stuff then don't be weirded out, I will be just really high or something.
