Are you in downtown Portland and have a craving for a burger? Don't want plain boring burger buns? Come to the Brunch Box! This particular burger has grilled cheese sandwiches for buns and inside there are the usual burger things. This one is called the "YouCanHasCheeseburger" and it was $7. I enjoyed it, it was very cheesy and I will definitely come back and get another one soon.

It's a thing of beauty. Ooey gooey grilled cheese sandwiches (made with Texas toast) make up this burger's BUNS. Crisp bacon, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, mayo, ketchup, mustard, and a juicy patty fill it all out. This quite possibly takes the cake for best dish on this road trip. $7.
I finally tried Brunch Box today and I can honestly say that I ate the best burger I've ever had in my entire life. After hearing lots of good things about the food cart and seeing the app when looking up Portland food apps, I knew I had to go. They have french fries with parmesan, garlic, and green onions, with malt vinegar (pictured above), and a burger called the YouCanHasCheezburger. What's not to like? Trying a burger with a fried egg on top has been one of my goals for a while now so when I saw the option on their Build-Your-Own-Burger menu, I knew I had to get it and I was not disappointed. Definitely going back again sometime.
Found out about this restaurant in Portland today called Brunch Box and its the most amazing thing ever.
Yes, the buns on that burger are grilled cheese sandwiches
And yes their milkshake menu is all arrested development related.
