where did brunch burgers go?

Growing up, pretty much every family style restaurant had:

Cheeseburger (self explanatory)

Bacon Cheeseburger (self explanatory)

Mushroom Swiss Burger (self explanatory)

Brunch Burger (cheeseburger with bacon, hash browns, and a fried egg on it)

Absolutely nowhere has Brunch Burgers anymore wtf

They just have those disgusting "cowboy burgers" with barbecue sauce and jalapenos that smell and taste like a burning tire.

My guilty pleasure brunch in Smoke Stack. 😊  A posh version of the fast food classic; Crombies special pork sausage patty, a fried free-range egg and Orkney cheddar on a toasted brioche bun accompanied by their Green Machine Smoothie (broccoli, celery, spinach, banana and pineapple) 🍍🍏🍌 

It's true that the two counterbalance... Right!??
