Nicknames
Nicknames are fun, consider who came up with them their relationship with the character, do others use it? is it romantic, a shortening, longer, insult, playful, or one guy mispronouncing your name so often it becomes normal:
Brygida Z. > Brigget, Briggs, Brit, Bree, (names that get longer for silly reasons) Briavna (from auntie), Bridget Biter, and Eagle (animal assigned due to her daughters name being a fantasy type of bird). Ei is an insult nickname that 2 childhood friends called her along with Egg and Baldie, the nicknames are forced in the narrative purposely to show that Briggs doesn't see them as close to her.
Leandro > alias Leanne (pronounced Leon), someone missheard the "dero" as Pero and spelled it as Perrault (fully new name aquired) > Leanne Perrault. His family's actual nicknames for him are Andre (after grandfather) and Andy
___> Rookie. Andre's brother. No known first name.
Neoma, Mercy, and Solace all have canonically outdated names.
Neoma just suffers.
Mercy > Emi and she kept going by Emi when she legally changed her name to Marissa.
Solace > Lacey. Hes a dude. He thinks a girly nickname is funny. He changed his legal name to Lace. He is 6 ft and cant be stopped.
Marguerite Lorose > Pearl de Mãe, Mother, her last name. Her first name is for her parents and uncle. Pearl de Mãe is for romantic reasons. Mother is world is a title of power in the sense of Mother of Plants, Mother of the Unicorn ect.
Joel Beau > no nicknames, he does have every host families hes been with surnames written down in the joke wish to give himself as many last names as possible though(7+).
