#1-Public Display Of Birthday Love

Can you believe we got to witness this?  Not since the 2012 Vine where Kendall serenaded Logan and Logan blushed have I been this pleasantly surprised that they gave us a peek into what really goes on between them :)  This is one of the sweetest public moments in Kogan history, if not THE sweetest.
