OH GOSH, WHERE TO START....okay, well Sam Rossi is such a soft, sweet character.  He’s not looking for trouble, just wants a calm, unassuming life.  He has a big heart and can be shy at times.  He was a rodeo star in his younger days and suffers from early on-set Parkinson's now because of it (he has a limp and his hand trembles).  But you should definitely check out my ‘sam rossi’ and ‘sweet virginia’ tags to see gifs and screencaps from the movie.  If those don’t give you the push to see it, I don’t know what will ;)  You can see his luscious beard and adorable curls in those tags <3

Hello! There are two fics that are already pretty well established, but I'd like to recommend them anyway because they were just beyond incredible. :) One is Just Say You Do by biblionerd07, and the other is Critical Feline Mass by Kryptaria. They're absolutely amazing!

For the past life post: You were the owner of a small bookshop, serving mugs of tea and hot chocolate to anyone who came in, and especially those who needed it. Rows of small shelves filled to the brim with a spectrum of colored spines and fonts, everything from 100-page paperbacks to encyclopedias you could crush a small child with. A small building, either hidden between two larger shops, or a mobile cart, but always there to be stumbled upon. There’s also a black and white cat named Patches.

I love everything about this.

I wonder if this is why I’ve always been drawn to the small places that have been overshadowed by modern architecture. 

Maybe my past life is why I don’t follow through with my idea for a coffee shop. Too much baggage to unpack.

And of course I couldn’t creatively name pets in my past life either. :D Kidding. Patches was probably a boss. 

(my sister named my last black and white cat “Moo”. You know, because cow spots)
